Automate repeatable workflows using RPA, integrations, process analysis, and monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build automation workflows for business processes and operational tasks.
- Analyze current-state processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Integrate systems, validate exceptions, document runbooks, and support production bots.
- Measure automation impact and improve reliability over time.
Qualifications
- Experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, Blue Prism, or similar tools.
- Understanding of process mapping, exception handling, testing, and support.
- Comfort working with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Basic scripting or API integration experience is a plus.
